My brokerage management experience dates back to 1987 when I entered the realty business as a salesperson in the Chicago metropolitan area. Shortly thereafter, upon moving to Wisconsin, I again earned the salesperson license in Wisconsin and have since developed and maintained a life career in real estate. My 20 years in the realty business includes, Broker-Owner management, experience in sales, and also, trading and tax deferred exchanges (tax code 1031) of residential, land sales, and commercial and investment property.
